The ParkAdmin™ Dispatch Module enables dispatch staff to make quick, educated decisions when sending response staff to a particular location. The module was developed with consideration towards efficiency, safety and promptness of a response. Staff members in the field depend on the communication of timely and accurate information when responding to a call.

ParkAdmin bridges the gap between the dispatch office and the field with:

    When an officer logs in to the system, a list of all their open incidents will appear
     
  • Administrators can search records by source, category and date ranges
     
  • Summary reports include all dispatch activity within the last 2, 4, 6 or 12 hours
     
  • Generate reports by numerous criteria such as source, start date and end date
